Office Fitout
The team managed the refurbishment of a temporary office, ensuring relocatable furniture and minimal disruption while keeping the office operational.

Location: London
Client: High Security Site
We were tasked with managing the refurbishment of our client's temporary office whilst they await the completion of their new building. The primary requirement was that all new furniture be easily removable and relocatable within the next few years to avoid the need for additional purchases and minimise waste. The original plan was to install banks of four desks; however, to accommodate potential variations in the layout of their future office we opted for back-to-back pairs to allow flexibility in the future.
The scope of the project included the removal and disposal of old furniture, installation of new pieces such as sit-stand desks, monitors and floor screens, and the reconfiguration of existing furniture to create several "offices" within the open-plan space. Additionally, we were asked to install conferencing equipment in the two on-site meeting rooms. After conducting a site survey, we developed two layout options, collaborating with the client to adjust the proposal in line with their budget while still meeting capacity requirements.
The office needed to remain operational during the project, because of this our team worked from Friday afternoon through Saturday to ensure the project was completed on schedule with minimal disruption.
