Office Evolution were established in September 2005 supplying photocopiers and print management solutions to local businesses and schools, with a focus on a high level of service and support. We pride ourselves on finding the right solution for your business needs, whether this is a small desktop printer or a corporate fleet of software managed multi-functional devices.

We compliment our hardware offerings with a wide range of software - allowing you to manage your printing and scanning needs using Papercut, archiving using Store and Find, sharing and converting documents using Convert & Share and of course scanning to almost all cloud-based solutions, allowing full integration into the modern office. Our personal service provides face to face and online support of the highest standard, ensuring that you get the very best from your chosen product. We employ the latest online remote support tools and this helps reduce our carbon footprint by reducing journeys. If there is a problem, our team of manufacturer trained technical staff will arrive within four working hours with fully stocked vans, helping to provide a first-time fix. In addition, they are all in corporate uniform, carry ID and all have enhanced DBS certificates.

In 2019 we opened our Evo Store - supplying a wide range of office products that include stationery, furniture, corporate wear, signage, janitorial supplies, project management, and branded print. More recently, we’ve shifted our focus onto environmental impacts that these products can have and encourage both our staff and customers to make a conscious choice- this has evolved into us creating our ‘Eco Store’ page which includes products that contain recycled materials, or are PEFC or FSC Certified, making it easier to make the switch. We are also constantly reviewing the products that we offer to ensure that our customers are able to seamlessly make this switch without an impact on their day-to-day office products.

 

 

 

We joined the Carbon Capture programme, an initiative with the Woodland Trust, which offsets the Carbon from all paper and paper-based packaging purchased through us. To date, we have captured over 55 tonnes of Co2 and planted over 1400 square metres of UK woodland. You can read more about this on our Carbon Capture page.

In December 2021 we were certified as Carbon Neutral, a huge effort by our team to assess, reduce and offset our own company emissions. We have maintained our Carbon Neutral status since, and in our third assessment of November 2023 we had reduced our emissions and were again Certified Carbon Neutral.

 

In addition to this, we aim to support our local community. We have supported Wiltshire Air Ambulance for over 10 years, and we have been officially recognised as one of their ‘Business Club’ members. Recently, we have become main sponsors for one of the leading Mixed Ability Rugby teams in the UK, Melksham Stags. Mixed Ability Rugby is a new concept in rugby and is growing quickly, encouraging everyone to take part regardless of experience, ability, or knowledge. The Rugby Football Union have selected Melksham Stags to be the local hub for MAR, and for the first time this year players will travel overseas for a tournament in Belgium. We also maintain support for Business Against Poverty, an NPO that directly supports humanitarian charity ‘People Against Poverty’.

In August 2023 we took part in Tough Mudder and raised money for Crohn's & Colitis UK, a charity that means a lot to our team. Thanks to everyone's donations, we managed to raise £1,755.00 for the charity!
