Our client engaged us to upgrade one of their meeting rooms, which had become outdated and challenging for users to connect to. Although this was a relatively new area for our team, we collaborated closely with our suppliers to identify and deliver the optimal solution for the customer’s needs. Subject to the implementation proving successful, the system will be rolled out across their other meeting rooms and extended to additional sites, both current and future.

We decided on the Barco ClickShare range as this was inline with the existing systems onsite so the impact on users would be minimal. ClickShare is an award-winning wireless conferencing system that allows users to connect seamlessly with a single click via a Button, enabling meetings to begin in under seven seconds. The range offers three different options, which allowed us to customize the equipment to meet the specific requirements of each room, including larger spaces with higher capacity needs.

Following a comprehensive site survey, our team successfully completed the installation, and the client was highly satisfied with the results. Since then, we have installed the ClickShare system in an additional 10 meeting rooms across multiple sites, further enhancing the meeting room capabilities.

We have now become part of the Barco Connect! Partner Programme and have two certified installers. We also have a Demo Kit available at our Melksham office, which clients can book if they wish to host their meetings in a fully equipped space.
